Slabs of Fish

So my dad got something from a co-worker who came back from a vacation in China. It was a big, clear, plastic bag, y'know, one of those junk food type things, and there were a number of individually wrapped pieces of fish.

Cooked, individually wrapped pieces of fish.

My mom opened one yesterday and we both tried one.

It's a slab of dried, cooked, spiced up fish.

And it's good...kinda chewy, so it's like gum, so you can ABSORB the flavor through your TONGUE. Multiple flavours too.

Hell, there was even a whole squid package, like a WHOLE squid (small though, maybe about 3/4 of the length of your hand, from tip of finger to wrist). And yes, this squid had its beak, which I did not eat.

Ate it's brains though...and what looked like an internal organ. Kinda hoping that isn't what is giving me...well...."concentrated evil coming out the back of me."

Oh this fish is good.
