T.G.S. 2006!
Tokyo Game Show 2006! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!
Know what's going to show up in trailer form? FINAL FANTASY XIII AND FINAL FANTASY VERSUS XIII!
OH YAH! Two very kick-ass games showing up in trailer form! Both slated for PS3! But the PS3 is too pricey, making it baaaad.
So the Wii is going to kick-ass: decent price, Fire Emblem, possibly backwards compatible, possibly able to get older games (NES, SNES, N64?), Super Smash Brothers BRAWL!, and of course, one of the flag titles.
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. With Wii exclusive functions. It's called "*jaw drop*".
But that's beside the point, go on Newgrounds, seek out "Attack of the Evil TV" and prepare to laugh. Probably won't get the funny character references, or appreciate them as much, but the end is so perfect. Since I know y'all too lazy to go check it out I'll give the synopsis.
So Rock is playing his video games one day, when Blues all of a sudden smashes him out of the way to watch his porn (I know...it's wierd), complete with a mini-excerpt of one of Roy Mustang's lines from FMA! Rock and Blues argue, and Rock's controller smashes against the wall. Suddenly, they're transported into the tv, and take part in whatever is on. First they're in some wierd horror flick (Paranoia Agent), next they're in Final Fantasy (identified with the world map) fighting against a DDR pad.
A DARK DDR pad...
On the outside, Zero comes in totally baked and see's his pals are in trouble. So he changes the channel. Blues nad Rock find themselves, this is hilarious, in the game NiGHTS into dreams. NiGHTS flies over to them and grabs Blues, telling him to hand over the Ideya, because he knows he "gotz Ideya on you foo." He's all druggy and stuff.
Blues simply smacks NiGHTS away and Rock explains to him what happened, they become a part of whatever is on the television. Blues, because he is totally genius, tells Zero on the outside (still totally high) to put in the porno.
Change scene, Blues is seen in a room with a window, and says "alright, I'm working it with Rei-Lan tonight." Unfortunately, he notices that..."wait, doesn't Rei-Lan wear this gown...?" Cue in naked guy (seen from the back) who promptly says "Hey big boy..."
And of course Blues reacts (which is so perfectly voice-acted, did I mention there are voices?) "OH MY GOD!"
Lots of screams, lots of expressions, Rock simply looks onward in shock, Zero walks in and laughs, Rock grabs Zero and asks "if you're in here, then WHO HAS THE REMOTE?!"
Cue in to the outside, and two girls are sitting on the couch. One asks the other with the remote "aren't you going to help them?" She just replies "Oh screw that! This is going on repeat, for like, ever."
End (with Blues screamng "NOOOOOOOOO!!!"). Cue funky music (Actually "Spin me round")!
SCORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
