So I've started to edit TCP...

*because of a previous post I am warning that this post contains FMA spoilers, but you don't really care do you?*

Or more like "I have Adobe loaded and a pretty picture is loaded but I haven't made it 1000 pixels height or anything yet, or even touch it."

And Wrath in FMA is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo annoying. Someone should REALLY slap that kid. A lot. Oh I think Envy did it.

Though what's strange is that the scans are pretty clean. Like the blacks are black and whites are white (I think...I don't do...much...or any editing). Does this mean I don't have to level (or whatever it's called)? Uh...cool? (I don't know how to do that in the first place...can someone explain so that I don't need to use energy to figure it out?).

Hey here's a question: how the &@*$ did Ed figure it all out at the end of FMA? Honestly? Sure the stone has POWER (GO GO POWER RANGERS!) but I mean...I'm not going to spoil, oh wait I added the warning. Okay. How the hell did Ed figure out the concept (JUST THE CONCEPT) or "jumping bodies." Soul-jumping-ability, go!

And what the *@$% is with Gluttony...did we ever know WHY he's so attached to Lust?

And why does Rose "love" Ed? And how does the baby lead to the gate? And why does the gate lead to our world? And HOW does it lead to our world when in the first place it had creepy shadows in it? And how did those fake Elric brothers learn to do alchemy without a circle? Was it ever MENTIONED that to do alchemy without a circle you need to see the gate (where did THAT come from anyway?!).

And what's with the wierd angles during the episode that I'm watching? Seriously...whack. I'll admit that FMA was cool in the beginning, but now it just falls apart, like seriously.

OMFG FLYING MACHINES! Sorry, I had to do that...

Well I just spent about 10 minutes cleaning up a small area, where a small sound effect was blocking out the word bubble (really...really...small) but I had to finish the word bubble up. Thank you clone tool.

Apparently I'm being tested. Not for my skill (which is a lie, I think...well indirectly, I'm sure one of the other editors would be displeased if my skills were crap and I was hired) but for my commitment. Can I really take the time out of my schedule to clean up and edit? Maybe...maybe not.

Hmm...delete all sound effects but leave all Japanese SFX. Seriously, what? Aren't they the same?

Clean up where the book was bound. Can't you just crop it off and erase what's left over?

I guess I should note that I'm supposedly getting credit for the chapter (even though the cleaning was done already) but I don't feel I shouldn't, so I'm saying here (because one of the readers IS one of the editors) to NOT credit me this time, but for the next time I work on a chapter that ISN'T touched yet.

Remember when I said the whites were whites and the blacks black? I was wrong...there are some greys that I don't think should be there (or at least not what the artist intended) so I erased those, but left SOME greys in place because without grays, there's no shading! Okay, I think Japanese SFX is like...those not in Chines...ARG I DON'T KNOW!

15 minutes on cloning out a rod...damn.

Okay I think I have a judgement on "Japanese SFX vs sound effects." Sound effects are obviously newly pasted in (have a larger white blotch around them) than Japanese SFX, which are the original SFX.

So there, in an hour I cleaned a page. And a chapter is like...15, 20 pages? O_O;;

Wait just need to crop off the white edges on the side...(which is where the book was bound...). Oo la la, that's one sexy page!

lol

does it take THAT long to edit a page? ==;;

Why leave the japanese sfx?
1. I don't translate it very well... (how the hell do i know what 'guzu guzu' stands for?)
2. they are ... visually onomatopoetic

Why delete the chinese sfx?
1. they suck.
2. they suck.
3. they suck.

Why give you credit?
Who says I've edited the pages I sent you? I said I've edited UP to the pages I've sent you....
