Yes "Terra in Black," so amazing. Just freaking amazing. Just download it and listen to it, you won't regret it (unless it's very loud, then you'll regret it).
Okay so "Rachel's Gift," it's not that it's a great remix, but the nostalgia...OH GOD THE NOSTALGIA! Every character in FF6 has some backstory, except Umaro...and Gogo...hey Mog is like "Yeah that crazy old man Ramuh told me you guys were coming."
Yes, backstory, well Locke the "Treasure Hunter" (coughthiefcough) had a fiancee, her name was Rachel.
One day Locke takes Rachel out to a cave, I forgot why, maybe it was treasure hunting, I forgot. The point is that an accident occurred, and both Locke and Rachel plummeted down in the cave.
Locke was okay, except for a few broken bones/bruises (not sure, but he was hurt). Rachel though, she lost her memory. And her parents were really pissed at Locke, because they're like "It's all your fault she lost her memory!"
So Locke leaves since Rachel is like "Please, I don't know who you are but you're making my parents angry, please leave."
So then later a fire breaks out, and Rachel has another accident (so accident prone...) and she goes into a coma. But BEFORE she goes into a coma she just screams out "LOCKE!!!" Turns out she remembers who Locke was before she got whacked.
Anyway Locke then goes on a hunt for the Phoenix Esper, who apparently has magically healing abilities (if you've ever used the phoenix, then you know what I mean).
But the esper is cracked, so then Locke isn't sure if it'll work, but he brings it anyway and then the phoenix like, appears and Rachel is revived and stuff!
And then she dies.
But she talks to Locke before she bites the dust.
And it's REALLY REALLY sad...bittersweet. Sweet because they reunite, bitter because it's for a short time.
Anyway I'm off to leech manga, apparently Power!! got licensed...so DGT dropped the project. Which sucks. A lot. So now I'm trying to get "Kira Kira Labyrinth" which involves a girl at an all-girls boarding school who hates guys, and her roommate, who turns out to be a guy. Apparently he's trying to uncover the mystery of his sister's suicide at the school two years ago. HMM!!! MYSTERY + SHOUJO?! My favorite! Well, not sure about the shoujo...I mean it seems more like a mystery...but there's potential! Oh there's always potential!
The second manga is "Pure Pure" which is apparently a really fluffy shoujo, something about a little magical being in a girl's bed...no it's not sick and perverted! Go look it up on ivyscan if you really want to know!
Oh and I also downloaded the first chapter to "Fairy Cube," by the same author who did Angel Sanc. and Count Cain, Kaori Yuki I believe? Well the art is nice, at least *I* think it's nice though a bit too...dark. And it's sweet, until where the father stabs his son...
I know eh? Problems!
You know what really sucks? University! I mean I'm stuck here for 4 damn years! ARG!!! No no not that, uh...I saw an interesting title of a one-shot in someone's fserv, and I made a note of it but now I forgot it...and it's not like I LIKE to go diving into fserves!
Oh wait I do.
GO GO GO! Oh if you have to know it involved something about love, and perserverence...and something...like almost all manga titles that catch my eye.
Unfortunately they almost always turn out to be yaoi.
Damnit.
Anyway check out "Terra in Black," and "Rachel's Gift," the former more than the latter. You won't regret it, like you don't regret reading this blog...or blogging...or eating...OH HOW I REGRET NOT EATING AT WATERLOO!

Yeah, you may wanna start reading my comments starting with the blog after the one with you meeting the other stephen fong.
Yosh, that took about half an hour to read and review.. :D
I'm going to go and um... study... then go to class. see, i already went to one of my classes, but I've got this 2 hour gap and i'm sitting int he library.. (the tall one tahts 10 stories high... not the one in the barrel dome. the artsie library.)
Yes, I'll listen to the music tonite :D and I remember that scene with Rachel... tho God help me if I remembered before reminded.... because its just been such a long time since I played that game. But it was fun to watch you finish the game.. and get Gogo and all taht jazz.
Really awesome. I wouldn't have been able to beat kefka because.. um.. I forgot all my characters abilities and what the attacks did... I'm not much of a gamer. I'm playing Tale of Phantasia though, and I daresay the story is getting really close to FF6 quality. plus you get to actually kick ass.... i mean... the fighting actually requires me to really attack instead of pressing a button called attack..... and no taking turns man~! :D its cool, really it is :D
only you can only carry 15 of each item... which sucks!
