This is annoying.

Firefox. I have it now, I'm using it now.

Beginning? Of course there's a beginning! Oh wait, START from the beginning? OH! OF COURSE!

Chemistry, boring class, I need to print out lecture notes. It's a new prof (Prof. Nitz) so that means new style of teaching, etc. etc.

I go to the site, and download the notes. Guess what, 40 pages long.

No WAY am I printing out 40 pages of notes! So I look for in the print properties a way of printing more than one slide per page. Can't find anything. So I send him and e-mail. Then I get a reply, saying I can adjust the number of pages to print in the properites under "print."

I go look again, nothing's changed.

I ask my friend, she says she has it, and her adobe reader version is the same as mine. Damn.

Go on BIOME (message boards for UofT artsci students), ask around, apparently I have to download the new version of reader. Damn.

I download, then install. FREEZE.

Well, just error: A COMPUTER ERROR! I need a newer version of Windows (but ME is like a MAC, no one tries to plant a virus for a ME...its all XP they hate!) Damn.

Well I decide to surf the net for another solution, and go chatting on the message boards.

Open two windows.

I only get one.

Apparently the 2nd closed the first. What? I know, the 2nd closed the first. Can't fix it, so long story short I don't feel like formatting my comp, will have to virus scan later, and now I use firefox. Which is a bit laggy.

Oh yes, I have a philosophy essay (writing now) due on Monday and a Physics test on Tuesday (Valentine's day).

Very quickly, I have to say one thing. Remember a while back I was TOTALLY (well not totally) obsessed over this book, called "Socrates in Love"? Did I ever mention there's a manga? Well there is, and a group is scanlating it (even though Viz released it already...?) and I have the first 4 chapters (there's 5, but that's not done yet).

Well, I'm reading it right now and I have to say: It isn't as good as the novel. I mean what took 100 pages in the novel is like taking 15 pages in the manga. The friendship is totally rushed, and it just feels like Hirose just totally out of the blue likes Sakutaro. I mean whatever happened to gradual feelings, of slowly starting to see the person as someone different yet at the same time familiar?

BLAST YOU MANGA! BLAST YOU!

Though I still have to say: I love reliving the story, it's such a beautiful story, no I haven't watched "A walk to remember" and no I'm not sure who copied who. Quiet and let me live in my moment!

...moment's passed.

Back to work?
